Use clear, front-facing, full-body photos with the face, hair and outfit unobstructed. The shortest side should be at least 1000 pixels. JPG, JPEG and PNG files are supported, up to 10MB each. HEIC is not supported; please convert it before upload.

Upload one required photo for each person. A group photo is optional and may help us understand relative height, clothing or the scene.

Proof is optional and costs $4.99. It includes one revision. We send one reminder after 24 hours. If there is no reply within 48 natural hours after the proof is sent, it is treated as approved.

Production normally takes 4–6 business days. Standard transit is 7–12 business days; expedited transit is 3–6 business days. Proof review time is additional.

Standard shipping is $8.99 and expedited shipping is $14.99. Standard shipping is free when the post-discount cart subtotal is $69.99 or more. Expedited shipping is always charged.

We currently ship only to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not supported.

Cancellation is free within 2 hours. After design or production begins, change-of-mind cancellation is not refundable. Contact us as soon as possible at service@jollyjubilant.com.

Contact us with clear photos of the issue. For verified defects or incorrect items, we will arrange a remake or refund.
