Cancellations

Orders may be canceled free of charge within 2 hours of purchase. After design or production begins, personalized items cannot be refunded for a change of mind.

Optional proof service

The $4.99 proof service includes one revision. We send one reminder 24 hours after the proof. If no reply is received within 48 natural hours after the proof is sent, the proof is treated as approved. Once a proof has been prepared and sent, the proof service fee is nonrefundable.

Defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives defective or does not match your confirmed order, email service@jollyjubilant.com with your order number and clear photos. For verified issues, we will provide a remake or refund.
