Due to the customized nature of our products (each figure is made specifically for you), we have specific return policies. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your custom brick figure arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects
  • Wrong Item Received: If you receive a figure different from what you ordered
  • Missing Parts: If your order is incomplete

❌ We Cannot Accept Returns For:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect customization details provided by the customer (e.g., wrong photo uploaded, wrong name spelled)
  • Minor color variations due to monitor display differences
  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Return Process

  2. Provide Evidence: Include photos of the damaged/defective item and your order number
  3. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request within 2 business days
  4. Return Instructions: If approved, we'll provide return shipping instructions
  5. Refund or Replacement: Once we receive the returned item, we'll process your refund or send a replacement

Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally don't offer exchanges for different designs. However, if you received a defective item, we'll gladly send a replacement of the same design at no extra cost.
