U.S. Production and Delivery Timeline
JollyJubilant currently prioritizes orders shipping to the United States. Because every item is personalized, production time is separate from delivery time.
Production
Production typically takes 4 business days after your submitted photos are accepted. For production scheduling, Monday–Saturday normally count as business days. Chinese public holidays are excluded.
U.S. Delivery
Delivery to the United States typically takes about 7 carrier business days after dispatch. Your estimated delivery date may be affected by customs, public holidays, weather, address issues or carrier disruptions.
Tracking
Tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout when it becomes available. A newly created tracking number may take a short time to show movement.
Address Accuracy
Please check your name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state and ZIP code before completing checkout. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.
Delays and Delivery Issues
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, email baimao003@outlook.com with your order number. We will review the available carrier information and help determine the next step.
