Photo requirements

Upload one clear photo per person. Use front-facing, full-body images with the face and outfit unobstructed. The shortest side should be at least 1000 pixels. JPG, JPEG and PNG are supported, up to 10MB each.

Personalization & optional proof

Proof is optional and costs $4.99. It includes one revision. We send one reminder after 24 hours; if there is no reply within 48 natural hours after the proof is sent, it is treated as approved. The used proof service fee is nonrefundable.

Production & delivery

Production takes 4–6 business days. Standard shipping is $8.99 with 7–12 business days transit; expedited shipping is $14.99 with 3–6 business days transit. Standard shipping is free when the post-discount cart subtotal is $69.99 or more. We ship only to the contiguous 48 U.S. states.

Cancellation & quality promise

Cancel free within 2 hours. After design or production begins, change-of-mind cancellations are not refundable. If an item arrives defective or incorrect, contact us for a remake or refund.

Photo privacy

Your photos are used only for manufacturing and customer support—not for AI training or advertising. Access is restricted and photos are deleted 90 days after fulfillment.
