Every order starts with the photos you provide. Choose a one-person, couple, family, group or pet design, select a round-face or square-face style, and upload clear images. We review the submitted photos before production and contact you if we need a clearer image or more information.
Made for Meaningful Moments
Our collection includes figure-only designs, photo displays, pen holders and themed scenes for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, Christmas and everyday surprises. Each design is produced specifically for your order, so no two keepsakes tell exactly the same story.
Our Process
- Choose your design: Select the people, pets and scene you want to create.
- Upload clear photos: Front-facing, well-lit images help us capture the most recognizable details.
- We review and produce: Production typically takes 4 business days. Monday–Saturday normally count as production business days, excluding Chinese public holidays.
- Tracked delivery: U.S. delivery typically takes about 7 carrier business days after dispatch.
